Hockey, maple syrup, moose, ham-like bacon…and incredibly creative weddings.  If you are wondering what all those things have in common, it is that they can all be found in Canada.  Yep, that’s right our neighbors from the north export some pretty creative wedding ideas.  Just have a look for yourself.  I stumbled upon the wedding photography of Jessica Zais last week.  She hits all my major “like” points: colorful, creative, unique, DIY, rustic, outdoorsy…  Check out some more of her work and get inspired.  The designs for her shots were done by Stage Right Etc. , another great source for creative inspiration.

I’ve found that the best way to design for your wedding is to see what others have done.  This way you can point and say things like, “ooooh I like that!” or “ewww what were they thinking?!”
